A creative and strategic thinker, Carol has expertise in scoping out and delivering a range of scientific solutions. She has worked in industry for the likes of SmithKline Beecham, GSK, and Sodexo, holding roles such as Scientific Operations Manager and Scientific Services SME as well as Senior Scientist.
Carol is GMP/GCP trained and has managed multiple teams working in both environments and is effective in building highly motivated and engaged teams across diverse scientific disciplines.
