Matt has over 10 years' experience leading the Statement of Work delivery as Director of Programmes and has a wealth of experience working in the tech project services space. He is passionate about creating high performing teams to deliver stakeholder outcomes and has strong planning and financial management skills.
Prior to joining the Impellam Group, Matt was professionally trained in MSP and Prince 2 Delivery Management, with extensive Financial Services experience and a successful proven record of accomplishment for delivery. Currently, Matt works with clients in an array of sectors including Financial Services, Manufacturing, Telecommunications and Pharmaceutical.
